Potato pancakes Po-Barski

Ingredients:

● potatoes

● onions,

● carrots,

● egg

● salt,

● pepper;

sauce:

● sour cream,

● grated horseradish,

● dill,

● salt.

Cooking

Peel the potatoes, onions, carrots. On a coarse grater grate the potatoes and onion and carrots. Add one egg in the mixture, season with salt and pepper. Fry the pancakes on both sides in oil. Serve pancakes with hot sauce: mix the sour cream with grated horseradish and finely chopped dill, add salt.
