Potato nests with spirals

Ingredients:

● potatoes

● pepper,

● oil / fat

● minced

● salt,

● onions,

● garlic (1 PCs).

Cooking

Choose medium size potatoes. Peel and cut the middle of the potato, season with pepper and grease with oil or fat. Mix the minced meat with salt and finely chopped onions, add the crushed garlic clove. Mince the potatoes. Bake in the oven both potatoes and spirals. Bake for 1-1. 5 hours at a temperature of 180 °C. Serve with fresh vegetables.
