Pike cutlets by the farmstead "White Meadows"

 

Ingredients:

● pike (200 g)

● minced pork (100 g)

● rice (20 g)

● onion (50 g),

● carrot (50g)

● egg,

● breadcrumbs.

 

Directions:

Separate the bones from the fish and grind the pulp. Add a little pork mince. Boil and cool the crisp rice. Fry the onion and carrot. Mix everything, add an egg and bread crumbs, salt and fry on high heat then stew for 15 minutes.
