Composition:
● potatoes (2 kg),
● onion (3 pieces)
● bacon (300 g),
● pork intestine,
● salt, pepper.
Cooking
Abarnou raw potatoes RUB on a grater. Separately fry onions and pieces of bacon. Add salt, pepper. Mass pour in the sauerkraut. Nalasco pierce, bake in the oven at 180 °C for 1.5 hours. Can be served with sour cream, serum, milk.
