Mushroom cutlets

Ingredients:

dried porcini mushrooms,

onion

● minced meat,

● potatoes,

● sour cream,

● salt,

● pepper.

Cooking:

Soak dried porcini mushrooms, boil and grind in a meat grinder. Add fried onions, minced meat, grated potatoes and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Form cutlets from the resulting mass, roll in flour and fry in oil.

Before serving put the cutlets in a saucepan and simmer.
