Mushroom cutlets

Ingredients:

● Dried mushrooms,

onion

● minced meat,

● potatoes,

● sour cream,

● salt,

● pepper.

 

Directions:

Presoak the dried mushrooms, boil and grind in a meat grinder. Add the fried onions, minced meat, grated potatoes and sour cream, add salt and pepper to taste. Make meatballs, roll in flour and fry in oil.

Before serving, put the meatballs in a pan and stew.
