Ingredients:
for crust:
● semolina (1 Cup),
● yogurt (1 Cup),
● sugar (½ Cup),
● eggs (2 PCs.)
● soda (1 tsp),
● vinegar (1 tbsp.);
for the filling:
● sugar (½ Cup),
● sour cream (½ Cup),
● cherry without bones or fresh / frozen strawberries (200 g).
Cooking
First of all, the cake is prepared. Semolina pour kefir and set aside for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Then add the eggs, sugar and baking soda slaked with vinegar. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
The finished cake is cut in half horizontally, the lower part of the cake is smeared with fresh whipped and sweetened sour cream and put fresh berries. Combine both halves, cover the top of the cake again with sour cream and put fresh berries on it.
