Liver pate

Composition:

●liver pork (800 g),

●fat (2 kg),

●pork (1 kg)

●eggs (10 pieces)

●butter (4-5 packs),

●salt (15 g per kilogram),

●pepper.

Cooking

Meat grind in a meat grinder, permeate ingredients. Ride in a glass jar. Cooking in the autoclave until the pressure reaches 4 ATM.

Allow pate to cool, then serve.
