Liver pate


● pork liver (800 g),

● lard (2 kg),

● pork (1 kg),

● eggs (10 pcs.),

● butter (4-5 packs),

● salt (15 g per kilogram),

● pepper.


Twist the meat in a meat grinder, then mix with the rest of the ingredients. Roll up in a glass jar. Boil in an autoclave until the pressure reaches 4 atmospheres.

Cool the pate, then serve.
