Lasagne

Ingredients:

● lasagne sheets that do not require pre-cooking (250 g / 15 pcs.),

● carrots (50 g),

● onion (60 g),

● celery (50 g),

● minced pork (500 g),

● ground beef (500 g),

● parmesan cheese or any cheese 45-50% fat content (200 g),

● canned tomatoes in slices in their own juice (400 g),

● milk (50 g),

● olive oil (50 g),

● salt (30 g),

● white wine (100 g).

Cooking

Stew

Finely chop the onion, celery and carrot. Add the olive oil to the pan, heat it, and add the vegetables. Cook, stirring with a wooden spatula, for 20 minutes over low heat. Add the minced meat, fry everything, stirring constantly. Pour over the white wine and let it evaporate. Stir in the tomatoes, water, and simmer for 2 hours. When the stew is dry, add a little water, but after 2 hours there should be no tomato juice left. Add salt and pepper.

Lasagne complete set

Pour a little olive oil on the bottom of a 20×30 high-sided tin and spread a few spoonfuls of stew evenly. Cover everything with lasagna sheets. Put a few spoonfuls of stew on the sheets and sprinkle with cheese. Alternate the ingredients in this way to the very top. There should be cheese on the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 220 °C, controlling the readiness of the lasagna sheets after 15 minutes.
