Fill the pork tongue and ears with water, add the onion (1 pc.), carrot, dill, pepper, coriander, bay leaf and cook for 1-2 hours on low heat.
Finely chop a couple of garlic heads. Get the cooked food from the pan, “wrap " the tongue in the ears, covering with garlic.
Then wrap the resulting " scrolls” in a plastic bag, foil or cloth, put them in a bowl, add a little broth that was in the pan, press it with a press and put it in the refrigerator. Leave it overnight – and by morning the dish is ready!
