Kama potato with mushrooms

For camo:

12 potatoes;

1 egg;

0, 5 cups of sour cream;

2 tsp wheat flour;

1 V. L. panirovochnyh crackers;

2 V. L. ghee;

salt.

For stuffing:

40 g of dried mushrooms;

1 onion;

1 V. L. butter;

0,5 glass of milk;

pepper.

Cooking:

Dried mushrooms to soak for two hours in cold water with milk. Potatoes, wash, grate on a fine grater. From the resulting potato mass to remove excess liquid, add salt and eggs. Then the contents a good stir, dazzle round balls (Kama). In the balls and make a hole for stuffing. Peel the onion, wash and finely chop. Mushrooms to boil, cool, chop finely and fry with onions in butter. Fill the mushroom with minced meat prepared Kama. Roll them in flour with breadcrumbs and fry. Fried Kama folded in a roaster, pour sour cream and stew in the oven until cooked. Kama potato with mushrooms can be served on the table.
