Ingredients:
● potatoes (500 g),
● cottage cheese (recommended homemade) (200 g),
● egg (1 piece),
● flour (0.5 cups),
● salt, spices.
Cooking
Boil the potatoes, drain the water, mash the potatoes, add the cottage cheese, an egg, salt, spices.
Add the flour and knead soft dough. The amount of flour may vary in the recipe. The dough must not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into several pieces, roll into sausages and cut into pieces of 1 cm thick.
Boil in salted water for 2-3 minutes after they pop up. Serve hot with fried onions or sour cream.
