Ingredients:
● dill seeds (1 tbsp. l.),
● coriander seeds (1 tbsp. l.),
● large garlic (5-6 cloves),
● raw pork lard with skin (1 kg),
● ground black pepper (0.5 tsp),
● bay leaf (3 pcs.),
● coarse salt (2/3 cup).
Cooking
Place the garlic in a coffee grinder, cover with salt and grind. Grind the seasonings, pour everything into a large bowl and stir, add the rest of the salt. Rub the bochok liberally with the prepared mixture. Place in a package, tie tightly and refrigerate. Turn the package over 2 times a day. After 3-4 days, the product is ready.
Pour the remaining aromatic mixture into a glass jar and use for preparing the first and second courses.
