Ingredients:
● wheat flour (1 kg)
● water (0.55 l),
● yeast (10 g),
● salt (12 g).
Method:
Leave the mixture (500 g of flour, 0.35 liters of water and 10 g of yeast) in a warm place for several hours. Then add 500 g of flour, 0.2 liters of water with salt dissolved in it. Knead the dough, let it stand. Form a loaf. On a wooden spade, spread out the leaf according to the season (cabbage, oak, etc.), put the formed loaf on top.
Place the loaf in the oven preheated to 220-230 °C. Fry until tender.
