Goose baked with apples
Ingredients:
● goose
● salt (2 tbsp.)
● red pepper (2 tbsp.)
● oil (2 tbsp.)
● small apples (5-6 pcs.).
Directions:
Gut the goose, soak it in cold water. Rub with salt, garlic, red pepper and oil. Leave it to marinate for at least a day.
Put whole apples or halves of them inside and sew together the stomach. Put the goose into a baking sleeve and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours at 180°C.
