Composition:
● broth (4 l),
● mushrooms (500 g),
● onion (4 PCs)
● rustic sausages (1 kg)
● flour (5 tbsp),
● sour cream (250 g),
● garlic, spices.
Cooking
Boil the broth (for example, ½ of a chicken carcass), meat separated from the bones. Sausage bake and cut into small pieces. Fry the onions in a pan, add the mushrooms and saute until tender. Later in the broth add the chicken, sausage, mushrooms and onion for 10 minutes to let cook. Meanwhile smeezy flour with sour cream and dilute with water to make a thick mass without lumps. Add this mixture to the broth. Chowder has a little zapnuti. To taste add salt, garlic and spices.
The soup can be served with pancakes.
