Ear of the rooster

Composition:

· chicken broth,

· fish,

· onion (1 piece),

· carrots (1 piece),

· spices (black pepper),

· Bay leaf,

· dill,

· salt.

Cooking

Boil chicken broth (delicious with poultry). Put in the broth any small cleaned fish (roach, perch, tench): the more fish, the better. Cook until the fish is cooked, about 30 minutes. Also in the broth add the whole onion (to remove the top layer of husk, but not completely, so the soup will be Golden brown), whole peeled carrot, spices: black pepper, salt to taste. When the broth is cooked, strain through a colander, add the fish dumplings, cut potato, carrots and cook for another 30 minutes. 5 minutes prior to readiness add Bay leaf and dill.
