Drink cranberry with mint

Ingredients:

● water (2.5 l),

● spring cranberry (250 g)

● sugar (150 g).

Cooking

In a pot of boiling water put the colander with the washed cranberries. Smash cranberry through a colander cranberry. Pulp remove with a skimmer for transparency. Add sugar and starch, dissolved in 50 g of cold water.

Serve chilled and decorated with sprigs of mint.
