Crepes “Royal”

Ingredients:

●eggs (1 piece),

●flour (1.5 cups),

●hot water or milk (1 l),

●sour cream (0,5 l)

●sugar (1 Cup),

●soda,

●salt.

Cooking

1 egg split in a bowl, add a tiny bit of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 liters of milk. Whisk, add the flour (1.5 cups) until thick  mass like sour cream. Continuing to whisk, slowly pour 0.5 liters of hot water (70-80 °C) or milk to the dough is brewed.

Mix 0.5 liters of thick cream and 1 Cup sugar.

Pour the batter into the pan in a thin layer, bake on both sides. Pancakes should be thin, neat, all in holes.

Hot pancakes grease for each pancake 1 tbsp of sour cream with sugar, Folded 2 times, put in a deep bowl, cover with a lid to soaked.

From this amount of dough makes about 30 pancakes.
