Crepes on goat's milk

Ingridients:

● goat milk (1-1,5 l),

● flour (4-5 cups),

● egg chicken (6-8 pieces)

●salt (½ tsp),

●sunflower oil (50 g),

●sugar (1 tsp).

Cooking

Beat the eggs with sugar, gradually add the flour and salt. Pour in the milk and stir gently until smooth. Add to the dough vegetable oil and bake Crepes on a very hot pan.
