Chicken legs in the dough

Ingredients:

● dough (1 pack)

● chicken leg (8 pcs.)

● boiled potatoes (2-3 pcs.)

● mushrooms (200 g)

● onion (1 pc.)

● salt and pepper.

 

Directions:

Fry the chicken legs and leave to cool. Fry mushrooms with onions, mix with boiled potatoes, add salt to taste, pepper.

Cut the dough into squares 15 × 15 cm. In the middle of each square put 1 teaspoon of a mixture of potatoes, mushrooms and onions, put the chicken leg and wrap. You can tie up the dough with a thread so that it doesn’t lose the shape while baking. Wrap the bone with the foil so that it doesn’t burn.

Put the legs in the dough bone up and bake at a temperature of 180 ° C until the dough becomes golden.
