Cakes “Naughty”

Composition:

● potatoes

● ground pork,

● boiled dried mushrooms,

● cumin,

● black pepper,

● pork fat

● sour cream.

Cooking

Cakes prepared from a mixture of Advani and grated grated potatoes. For the filling, use fatty ground pork cooked with dried porcini mushrooms. A feature of these patties is that when cooking the meat use cumin mixed with black pepper. Fry patties on interior pork fat – story. Serve with sour cream or fried in lard with onions.
