Braised lamb ribs with cabbage

Composition:

● lamb ribs “Ezsk”,

● onions,

● carrots,

● cabbage,

● tomato paste,

● oil

● salt,

● pepper.

Cooking

Lamb ribs in a pot with hot oil to fry until Golden brown. Then add some water and simmer the ribs for 1-1. 5 hours. Add the onion, carrots, grated on a coarse grater. After 5 minutes add the tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5 minutes and add shredded cabbage.

All smeezy and simmer until tender cabbage.
