Prinemansky chips

Composition:

● potatoes (12 PCs.)

● egg (1 piece),

* breast (300-400 g),

● onion (1 piece),

● oil

● salt,

● pepper.

Cooking

Abarnou potatoes RUB on a fine grater, then squeeze the liquid well, add the egg, salt. Then finely chop the bacon, add the mushrooms (if you like), onions, all fry in half and pour into the potato mixture. Mix well, pour into the form (clay is best) and put in preheated oven (200-220 °C) for an hour, until a Golden crust.

Serve with sour cream and greens.
