Ingredients:

● potatoes (preferably young),

● onions,

● spices (black pepper, Basil, marjoram),

● breast (fat with an interlayer), can be salty,

● sour cream.

Cooking

In a baking dish (greased with oil), cut a layer of raw, well-washed potatoes (in circles of 0.5 cm thick). Add a little salt, then a layer of onions (thin rings) and a layer of thinly sliced brisket, add spices and cover everything with a thin layer of sour cream. Repeat 2-3 layers and bake for about an hour under the lid. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs.
