Motol'skiy karavay

Ingredients:

● milk (3.2 l),

● Yeast (300 g),

● margarine (1 pack),

● butter (½ packs),

● salt,

● sugar,

● flour (3 kg)

● eggs (5 PCs.)

● mayonnaise (1 packet).

Cooking

Fresh milk (3 l) bring to a boil, but do not boil, add margarine and butter, salt, sugar, mix everything well and let cool. Add the yeast, sift the flour and start kneading, then cover to fit. Heat 200 g of milk, beat eggs, add sugar. Add mayonnaise. Knead well and quickly, after wetting your hands with oil. Leave it to fit. Place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 40-60 minutes, depending on the size.
