Moose stew

Ingredients (for 1 portion):

● moose meat (120 g),

● oil (10 g),

● onion (15 g),

● tamate puree (15 g),

● flour (5 g).

Cooking

Boil the meat half-cooked, cut it into pieces of 20-30 g. Fry, pour water or broth and simmer with the application of passivated tomato puree for about 1 hour. In the broth that remains after stewing, prepare the sauce: add the chopped and passivated onion, then simmer with the meat for another 15-20 minutes. The meat can be served with sour cream.
