Composition:
● liver pork (1.5 kg),
● lean meat (3 kg)
● eggs (10 pieces)
● semolina (2 cups),
● garlic (100 g),
● pork intestine.
Cooking
Liver and bacon with cervical mince. Add the eggs, semolina, salt to taste, add the garlic. Stir the stuffing to put in the pig intestines, lay them on a baking sheet, bake for about 60 minutes in the Russian oven.
