Kvass homemade

Ingredients:

● water,

● crust of rye bread,

● sugar,

● yeast.

Cooking

On spring water with a temperature about 40 °C soak crusts of rye (black) bread (without additives). Add sugar and a little yeast for the sourdough. Put in a warm place for 2-3 days (depending on the season). Use cheesecloth to drain the liquid in a glass jar, put in a cool place (in the cellar or the refrigerator) for 3 days.

Nice to drink during the summer heat and after a bath.
