Knuckle in Naliboksky style

Ingredients:

● knuckle (1 PC.),

● barley (0.5 kg),

● beans (0.5 kg),

● garlic (1 head),

● carrots (2 PCs).

Cooking

It is prepared in a Russian oven in a four-or five-liter railway, where pork or beef knuckle, pearl barley, beans, garlic cloves and carrot cubes are laid. All this is filled with salted water (1.5 liters). Cook the contents in a heated, hot oven until soft. At the end of cooking, add seasonings to taste (you can use a store-bought set for pilaf).

The Naliboksky style knuckle is served on a large platter.
