Traditional Polish Kirkuk is just between roast pork, for the most part of the neck cut. In the Belarusian version that emerged, of course, much later, the main part of the dish prepared with spices fresh pork rump roast – placed in a kind of “clothes”a Kaftan made from potatoes. The main ingredients in the potato karkuk the County – pork, potatoes, egg, starch, salt and mix of herbs.
Juicy, well pripremu chop from polendina placed between two layers of potato dough and bake. Serve with a garnish of greens and pickled cucumbers.
