Fish with the vegetables
Ingredients:
● fish fillet (according to taste)
● lemon,
● onions (1-2 pcs.)
● carrots (1-2 pcs.)
● mayonnaise,
● salt, seasoning for fish to taste.
Directions:
Add some salt on both sides of the fish fillets, add some oil oh the baking sheet, sprinkle with seasoning for fish and lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the onion in semicircles, grate carrots.
Then put onions and carrots on the top of the fish. Spread the mayonnaise, cover with foil and place in the oven. In 35-40 minutes remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes so as vegetable "blanket" becomes golden brown. Serve hot.
