Real noble vodka is always made from bread. Of course, not because it is made from bread, but due to the fact that it has the same raw material - rye grain.

Soak high-quality, ready-made rye seeds in warm water and spread in a thin layer on a large table in a warm room, which used to be called "saladўnyai", for germination. When the length of the seedling reaches the length of the grain itself, growth stops, and fresh malt is smoothed out to burst the shells of the grains, and boiled to obtain braga (fermentation product). Fermentation takes place in oak barrels under lids. If braga stands up to the required condition, the distillation begins. Braga, poured into oak barrels, is heated with hot steam from a wood-fired steam boiler. The fermented vapors are first passed through an oak steamer where they are naturally purified from fusel oil and then condensed in a conventional copper coil. Removal of harmful fermentation products - methyl alcohol, ethers, volatile acids, etc. - occurs by the "snake method", when the first and last fractions of distillation are cut off, or, as they used to say in the old days, "head" and "tail". To increase the power and the degree of chemical purity, the product is distilled once again on a separate distillation line with repeated purification on the dryer and using the “snake method”.

The finished product is soft, crystal clear, strong (with an ethyl alcohol content of at least 45 vol.%), with a distinct bready taste and aroma, as well as with a slight honey tint in the aftertaste.
