Christmas Cake

Ingredients:

dough:

● yogurt (0.5 l),

● yeast (25-30 g),

● egg (1 piece),

● butter (1 tbsp),

● lemon peel;

filling:

● cottage cheese (250 g)

● Cinnamon,

● slices of Apple.

Cooking

In order to knead the yeast dough, you need to mix kefir, yeast, egg, butter and zest. Put the dough in a warm place for 2 hours. Roll it out 1.5 cm thick. Put 250 g of cottage cheese, cinnamon and apple slices on the layer. You can decorate the top with dough, then anoint with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40-50 minutes. Remove the prepared cake and moisten it with sweet water.
