Ingredients:

dough:

● cottage cheese 9 % fat (440 g)

● eggs (3 PCs.)

● sugar (20 g),

● vanillin (1 g),

● baking soda (10 g),

● flour (180 g);

filling:

● cottage cheese (300 g)

● sugar (30 g).

Cooking

For the dough, you need to mix cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, flour. Knead the dough as for dumplings, roll out and cut into circles using a round shape (glass). Fill with curd mass, give the shape of a crescent. Fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Chebureks become airy.
