Cake of cheese-orange filling

Ingredients:

dough:

● warm milk (2 cups),

● yeast (50 g),

● flour (1 kg)

● milk (0,5 l)

● eggs (4 PCs.)

● sunflower oil (2 cups),

● sugar (2 cups),

● salt;

machine:

● cottage cheese (0.5 kg),

● orange peeled (1 piece),

● semolina (3 tbsp),

● eggs (2)

● sugar (3 cups).

Cooking

Initially, we prepare the yeast dough. To do this, add yeast to the warm milk and leave it for 20 minutes to ferment. Next, mix the flour, milk, eggs, butter, sugar and salt. Knead a thick dough (it should fall behind the hands). Put it in a warm place so that the dough rises, then knead it, put it back and wait for a new rise. Next, roll out the dough into a thin layer and put it in a preheated greased pie dish. Lay the filling, form a pie, grease with egg yolk mixed with 1 tablespoon of strong black tea, and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

To simplify the process of making a pie, you can use ready-made (store-bought) puff pastry.
