The Lodge is located in Khatyn forest, sparsely populated village Marradi. The village lies in a picturesque location, surrounded by a beautiful forest. The manor has excellent opportunities for Hiking and skiing, picking mushrooms and berries. To the village the gravel road that departs from the route Minsk - Khatyn, which is cleaned in winter.
On the estate there is a farmhouse of the post-war buildings and a newly built sauna, indoor canopy tower.
Water supply from own well, water taken inside the house and in the bath. The house consists of 2 rooms: kitchen-dining room and shared bedrooms. The estate can accommodate up to 12 people.
The house has dishes, possibility of cooking in the Russian stove, which heats the room. The common room has a stove-Dutch, which also burns wood.
On the estate equipped place for preparation of shish kebabs, pilaf, there are special dishes for this. It is possible to order the preparation of certain dishes, as well as the purchase of food, beverages, tableware.
