Tench in sour cream

Ingredients:

● tench,

● salt,

● flour,

● оil,

● sour cream,

● dill.

Directions:

Peel the tench, cut into portions, add salt and roll in flour, fry in vegetable oil, add sour cream and stew in sour cream until cooked. Before serving, sprinkle with dill.
