Stuffed carp by the farmstead "Pansky Dvor"
Ingredients:
● medium size fish,
● Spices,
● salt,
● soy sauce,
● sour apples (2 pcs. Medium size)
● Lemon (½ pcs.)
● oil.
Directions:
Choose a medium fish, peel, rub with a mixture of fish spices, salt and drizzle with soy sauce. Leave for 30 minutes. Prepare minced meat for the fish. Choose two medium-sized sour apples and the zest of ½ lemon. Cut the apples into slices. Put the marinated fish on the foil, already greased with oil, fill with apples and sprinkle with lemon juice. Wrap the fish tightly in foil and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven. Remove the foil from the cooked fish and decorate as desired.
