Composition:

● potatoes (5 PCs.)
● carrots (1 piece),
● onion (1 piece),
● processed cheese (2 pieces)
● boiled mushrooms (200 g),
● parsley (1 piece),
● sour cream (5 tbsp).
Cooking
In a boiling meat broth to put the boiled mushrooms, abarnou and finely chopped onions, potatoes, parsley root, carrots and processed cheese. Cook for 40 minutes. Salt, season and sprinkle with herbs.
