The soup at home

Composition:

●water (3 l),

●rebrick pork (200 g),

●potatoes (6-8 pieces)

●onion (1 piece),

●carrots (1/2),

●beets (2 medium),

●tomato sauce (4-5 tablespoons),

●Bay leaf

●sweet bell pepper,

●steamed green beans (200 g),

●cabbage (150-200 g),

●salt, pepper to taste,

●smetana (for submission).

Cooking

Boil for 30 minutes pork rebryshki rate of 200 grams of meat in 3 liters of water. Dabaviti potatoes, diced, cook for 10-15 minutes. Separately in a frying pan and fry half the finely chopped onion, then add carrots, grated on a coarse grater, two medium-sized beets, also grated on a coarse grater. This mixture fry for 2-3 minutes. Then in a pan add 4-5 tbsp of tomato sauce, Bay leaf, sweet pepper (diced).

From the pan add one Cup of broth to the pan, stir, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes. After that the entire mixture pour into the pan with the meat and potatoes. Add 200 g of prepared (cooked) beans. Nacrylic 150-200 g of cabbage and add to the pot. Add pepper and salt to taste. Give packice 7-8 minutes and soup is ready.

Serve with sour cream.
