Shurpa “From the owner”

Composition:

● lamb

● onions,

● Bulgarian pepper,

● tomatoes,

● carrots,

● potatoes

● salt,

● pepper,

● spices.

Cooking

For cooking uses fresh meat (lamb), which is roasted on the grill over charcoal. Then into the cauldron you need to add chopped fresh vegetables (onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes) which are fried with the meat. The volume of the cauldron add water. To taste add salt, pepper, spices and seasoning, and chopped greens.
