Rye pancakes

Composition:

● rye flour,

● wheat flour (200 g),

● the water is warm (200 g),

● potatoes (2 PCs.)

Cooking

To sifted rye flour (about half litre jars), add 200 g of warm water razmeshati. Move the mixture in the clay bowl and put in a warm place for 2 days. When the dough has risen, add 2 small grated potatoes and 200 g of wheat flour. When the dough will rise again, you can bake pancakes. For baking, use a cast-iron skillet, blurred with fat, the dough covers the entire diameter of the pans. Served with fried onions and bacon.
