Composition:
● potatoes
● sausages,
● onions,
● mushrooms,
● sour cream,
● broth
● sweet paprika,
● vegetable oil
● salt, pepper, herbs, Bay leaf (to taste).
Cooking
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes and slightly fry in vegetable oil. Cut onion finely and fry together with mushrooms. Sausage cut into slices. Put everything in a pot in layers: the first layer – mushrooms with onions, the second layer – sausages, third – potatoes. Mix sour cream with broth, season with salt and pepper and pour into the pots. Cook them in the oven.
Before serving, season with herbs.
