Ingredients:
● potatoes (1 kg)
● salt,
● yogurt (0.5 Cup),
● onions (2 PCs.);
filling:
● minced meat,
● onion (12 PCs.)
● salt,
● spices.
Cooking
Preparation of meat. Grate the onion on a grater, mix with minced meat. You can add pepper or any spices to taste. From the ready meat make a thin pancake with a diameter of 2 cm.
Cooking pancakes. Grate the potatoes and onion on a grater, put in a bowl. Slightly squeeze the juice, add yogurt, salt. Mix well.
Take a tablespoon of the potato mixture, flatten a little , to give it the shape of a pancake, put pre-cooked meat patties, and add another layer of potatoes.
Fry on medium heat until the pancake is well fried on one side. You can cover the pan with the lid. Then, when one side is well fried, flip carefully with a spatula to the other side, and fry under the lid, turning it over several times. Fry for 20 minutes on low heat.
