Pike roe delicacy

Ingredients:

● pike roe,

● large salt (1 hour. L).

Directions:

Put the winter-spring pike's roe in a colander to remove all the membranes. Add one teaspoon of large salt, stir and put in a frige. Store in the refrigerator in a shut container.
