Pataptsy (croutons with lard)


● rye bread (2 slices),

● lard (25 g),

● mayonnaise (20 g),

● oil for frying (2 tbsp),

● greens (for decoration).


Put bread in a preheated pan with butter, fry it on both sides until golden brown. Then rub the bread with garlic. Mix lard (cut into small cubes) with mayonnaise. Put the resulting mass on the bread. Decorate with herbs.
