Pancakes with Gruzdov

Ingredients:

● crepes

● egg (2 PCs.)

● sugar (0.5 cups),

● milk (2 cups),

● flour,

● onion small,

● marinated mushrooms.

Cooking

Bake thin pancakes. Stir two eggs. Add half a Cup of sugar and two cups of milk and whisk. Add flour.

For the filling of Gruzdov, fry in a pan chopped onion, boiled rice. Marinated mushrooms grind in a meat grinder and add to the pan with the onions. Fry.

To combine onions, mushrooms and rice. Mix well.

Ready pancake spread out, put the filling and wrap. Fry both sides in a skillet.
