Lazienki tea

Ingredients:

● fireweed,

● St. John's wort,

● thyme,

● mint,

● rose hips.

Cooking

For one cup of tea you will need: one teaspoon of fireweed less than a half teaspoon of St. John's wort, the same amount of thyme, a little of mint (in order not to interrupt the taste but to add a fragrant aroma), and two or three dried berries rose hips (they should be cut with a knife into halves). Pour boiling water and let stand 5 minutes.

This tea must be made using spring water and served with special pancakes made on farmstead “Lazienki" with hazelnuts and honey.
