Composition:

●water,
●adarna beets,
●boiled eggs,
●fresh cucumbers,
●dill,
●green onions
●sour cream,
●salt.
Cooking
Okroshka cooked on the birch kvass. Birch kvass diluted with water. Boiled beets cut into strips, add to the brew and boil. At the end add salt. Chilled soup, poured into the pot, add the sliced boiled eggs, cucumbers, dill, green onions, sour cream.
