Grandma potato

Composition:

● potatoes (1 kg)

● onion (1 piece),

● pork (300g),

● eggs (1 piece),

● oil (100 g)

● salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking

Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, add pre-fried pork rinds, egg, salt. All thoroughly, put in a pot to stew and bake. Serve with sour cream.
